Leanpay je 8 let staro Fintech podjetje z prisotnostjo na treh trgih. Izpolnjuje poslanstvo, da potrošnikom omogoči plačilo kateregakoli izdelka ali storitve na obroke v katerikoli trgovini in na katerem koli kanalu v nekaj klikih – s takojšnjim odzivom, brez skrbi glede papirologije, brez čakanja ali ločenih potovanj do banke in ni potrebe po kreditni kartici ali drugem finančnem produktu.

Kupite zdaj, plačaj pozneje (BNPL) in digitalno financiranje (dPOSF) na prodajnem mestu sta najbolj vroča trenda v Fintechu. Leanpay si močno prizadeva biti v ospredju tega trenda v srednji in jugovzhodni Evropi. Iščemo navdušenega in motiviranega B2B prodajnega strokovnjaka – Svetovalca za pospeševanje prodaje, ki bi se pridružil naši izkušeni prodajni ekipi v Sloveniji in sodeloval s trgovskimi partnerji Leanpay-a.

Glavni cilj Svetovalca za pospeševanje prodaje pri Leanpay-u je podpreti trgovce (B2B) pri trženju in prodaji storitev potrošnikom v njihovih fizičnih/spletnih trgovinah s z Leanpay nakupi na obroke

Glavne odgovornosti vključujejo:

· promoviranje produktov Leanpay (predstavitev rešitev Leanpay, dodane vrednosti in prednosti trgovskim partnerjem, sklepanje in obdelava potrebne dokumentacije),
· uvajanje najboljših praks za POS (na primer v komunikaciji, trženju, potrošniški poti) s trgovskimi partnerji za optimizacijo pravilne in odgovorne uporabe nakupov na obroke Leanpay s strani potrošnikov z namenom pospeševanje prodaje trgovcem
· priprava enostavnih poročil o povpraševanju po storitvah Leanpay na trgu, o izvedenih aktivnostih in doseženih rezultatih pri razvoju mreže trgovinskih partnerjev ter o izvedenih aktivnostih in doseženih rezultatih pri povečanju števila uporabnikov storitev Leanpay,
· potovanje po Sloveniji,
· izpolnjevanje mesečnih in letnih načrtov v smislu prodaje, upravljanja odnosov in pridobivanja novih trgovcev
· aktivno predlagati in sodelovati pri internih projektih razvoja produktov Leanpay in izboljšanja storitev,
· prispevati k splošnemu globalnemu uspehu našega podjetja.

Merchant Success Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated B2B sales professional –Merchant Success Manager – to support our merchant partners and shops, and support Leanpay growth in Slovenia.

For colleagues excelling at their work, Leanpay will offer plenty of future personal growth and advancement possibilities, either by taking on more responsibilities in Leanpay Slovenia or by transitioning to larger foreign markets.

The main goal of a client relationship manager at Leanpay is to enable and support merchant partners to market and sell Leanpay services to consumers in their offline/online shops.

Main responsibilities include:

· promote Leanpay products (presenting Leanpay solutions, added value and advantages to merchant partners, concluding and processing the necessary documentation),
· implementing best practices for POS (for example in communication, marketing, consumer journey) with merchant partners to optimize proper and responsible use of the Leanpay consumer loans by consumers,
– preparation of simple reports on the demand for Leanpay services on the market, on the activities carried out and the results achieved in the development of the network of trading partners, and on the activities carried out and the results achieved in increasing the number of users of Leanpay services,
· travel around Slovenia,
· meet monthly and annual budgets and plans in terms of sales, relationship management and consumer acquisition,
· actively propose and cooperate in internal Leanpay product development and service improvement projects,
· contribute to the overall global success of our company.
